    *Star Name

    Enter the star name as you would like it to be shown on your certificate

    *Star Dedicated To

    The name of the person the star is dedicated to. The name given here will also be shown on the certificate and can be the same, or different to the star's name.

    *Constellation

    Choose the constellation the star resides in, for example the zodiac constellation of Taurus for an April-May birthday.

    *Registration Date

    The date of registration can be any date you wish, for example a birthday or wedding anniversary, and can be set in the future or in the past. This will also be displayed on the certificate.

    Personal Message 1

    Add a personal message to be printed on the certificate.
